Wellbeing Walks (formally known as Walking for Health) is a scheme operating in Central Bedfordshire to encourage short one to one and a half hour long walks for fitness.  Details of the scheme are on the Ramblers website.  The scheme in Toddington has been operating since May 2017 is run by a small group of volunteers, this welcome document includes their contact details.  Walks are most Tuesdays and leave from outside Toddington Library at 10:30 with coffee and chat in the library at around 11:30. Details are posted on the Toddington Community Facebook pages or from kathy.bocutt@ntlworld.com.  There is no charge to join the walks. These walks are suitable for anyone. There is a selection which keep to the paths within the village, and some that get into the surrounding countryside. The urban paths are shown remain on pavements within the village. The more rural routes go for a part over fields but typically returning on a pavement. Longer walks are on the Walks page.
