Gate Repaired – Toddington Park (TOD29)

The gate to the north of Toddington Park has been difficult to open/close for a while now. the new owners at Toddington Park have ensured that it is repaired and it is now working fine. It does not shut automatically so please shut the gate after you to keep the sheep in the field!

Added a handrail, replaced waymark post and improved steps by the sewage works near Cowbridge farm (TOD45).  Interesting challenge but worth several hours of effort. Part of Cowbridge walk. Park House waymark posts

Replaced and added a new waymark post on TOD29 at Park House.  Thanks and welcome to the new owners of Park House. On the route of the Monmouth Way, the Lodge farm walk and the Happyland walk.

Headland path north of A5

Over several weekends replaced four waymark posts on the headland path parallel with the new A5 road. This is on the Chalgrave/Houghton Regis parish boundary, HRE15/HRE13, HRE41/CHA15, HRE41/CHA18 and HRE15/CHA44 . The route is part of the revised Icknield Way path.
